04/25/05 - simbolts - Since the real NHL season was cancelled by greedy owners and players, Tampa Tribune Lightning beat writer Erik Erlendsson has PlayStation2 play out the ''season that could have been'' on ESPN 2K5, which featured Martin St. Louis on its cover. The ''SimBolts'' feature this year's Lightning roster and are playing last year's NHL schedule. Follow the SimBolts as they try to defend their Stanley Cup. (bolts.tbo.com/lightning/simbolts)
04/21/05 - cartoon fridge - Watch streaming episodes of your favourite cartoons. Everything from Clerks, to the first 12 seasons of the Simpsons. (cartoon-fridge.com)
04/15/05 - march to end "beg the question" abuse - For too long, we linguistic pedants have cringed, watching this phrase used, misused, and abused, again, and again, and again. "This begs the question..." we read in the editorials, see on TV, hear on the radio, (perhaps even read in one of those newfangled "web blogs") and we must brace ourselves as the ignoramii of modern society literally ask a question after the phrase. (begthequestion.info)
04/12/05 - uncyclopedia - Uncyclopedia is an encyclopedia full of misinformation and utter lies. It's sort of like Congress. It serves absolutely no purpose, so feel free to add to the misinformation right now! (mrpalmguru.com/uncyclopedia)
04/06/05 - bandtoband.com - Bands have a tendency to share band members from time to time and as a result it is not difficult to construct a simple "family tree" based upon the interrelationship of band members. Click on any two of the many band names in the database to find the connection between them. (bandtoband.com)
04/01/05 - favela faces - Favela Faces is a bilingual web site that uses photographs and short video interviews to tell the stories behind the faces of four people living in or around the favelas of Rio de Janeiro. (www.favelafaces.org)
